Vintage Vivienne Westwood Ivory Satin Corset, c.1988

An iconic corset in ivory satin from Vivienne Westwood, c. 1988. A divine but sadly distressed garment, this would need quite a bit of TLC from someone who appreciates its faded charms and its place in fashion history.  It is beautifully made with a low neck, wide shoulder straps and boned bodice forming a curved point at the waist.  The body of the garment is made from stretchy fabric, with a high square necking zipper at the back, and additional boning at the back.

Material: 

Size: Vintage 12 - Estimate UK size 8-10 

Measurements (laid flat):  (due to the cut of the garment these measurements are a guide only. The material is stretchy so there is a bit of latitude either way.)

Shoulder to shoulder:  30cm 

Bust: 82cm

Length: 58cm

Condition: Poor condition.  Some of the seams are damaged and the boning is poking through.  There is also some staining on the bodice.  No returns on this item.
