Shipping & Returns
Please select the shipping method that suits you. For orders over £50 we post for free via Hermes Tracked, which takes 3 – 5 working days. If you require the item sooner then please select Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery, for which there is a charge which will be applied at Checkout. Please note that for heavier items such as boots and handbags the rates may be higher.
Please select the international shipping rate at Checkout.
Sometimes items will incur additional taxes, tariffs, duties or customs fees when shipping to another country.
Buyers are advised to check before placing an order whether there are any applicable local sales taxes, customs dues or import duties. We cannot calculate your import duty for you.
All associated costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. MMV cannot be held responsible for any of these extra costs.
We will confirm that we have received your order in writing to the email address you provided at Checkout. We will also send a confirmation via email when your order has been dispatched to your address.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at email@example.com. We will refund the full payment, if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once the order has been dispatched we will only refund the payment if you notify us by email at the above address within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase and return the package to us within 5 days of receipt in its original condition, unworn, together with any packaging, and a printout of your order confirmation.
Choose a reliable courier service and and email us the tracking for the return, as we are unable to compensate for postal loss or damage: if it is not received back by us within 5 days of receipt by you we will not refund, but you can arrange for collection of the ineligible item if you have returned it out of time.
Upon receipt of the return package, if within 5 days of receipt by you, and if the item is in the condition it left us, we will refund the cost of the item using your original payment method, but deducting the actual cost to us of shipping, even if the item was originally shipped at no cost to you. Please note that we deduct our own shipping costs and do not refund your shipping costs. We are also unable to accept returns that have been worn or used.
Please note that as regards items that have been reduced in price and items which are sold as seen, with No Returns stipulated in the accompanying text in the listing, no returns whatsoever will be accepted and the above policy does not apply. Please check the listing carefully before you buy.
