Vintage Kimono in Multicoloured Floral Silk

A luxurious vintage kimono in multicoloured floral silk, predominantly green and red with yellow, blue, brown and white.

Amazingly intricate and detailed design.

Fully lined in silk.

Provenance:  This kimono is from the collection of a former lecturer in textiles, who accumulated his treasured pieces during extensive travels in the middle and Far East in the late 1960s - early 1970s.  Unfortunately the paper records have been lost, so no more information is now available.
