Issa Liquid Gold Organza Wrap Skirt, UK8

A spectacular knee length wrap skirt by Issa in shimmering liquid gold organza.  It fastens with two poppers at the waist and ties with a wide, high sash on one side.

Note that the poppers could easily be moved at the waist for a different size.
