Handmade Felted Wool Asymmetric Skirt, UK10-12

A unique handmade skirt in textured felted wool in white and dark grey, from the personal collection of costume designer Sandy Powell.

Made for Sandy after a Westwood design, in extraordinary fabric and ingeniously constructed from two rectangular panels which come together in folds with two buttons at the low-slung waist.  Handkerchief hemline around knee length.  Unlined.

Sandy wore this skirt at the Berlinale 2012, pictured here with fellow members of the jury. Marsèll boots also for sale under separate listing.
