A sweet late 1970s / early 1980s vintage dress by Catherine Walker for Chelsea Design Co., in navy Viyella fabric with tiny white polka dot.
Round neck, square shaped fitted bodice, into which are fitted full gathered long sleeves with cuff. Fitted waistband, with gathered skirt falling in soft pleats to below the knee. Buttons on the inside along the neckline suggestion once had a detachable collar.
Back zip, unlined.
