A lovely empire line short sleeved summer dress by Freda.  It is made from a dark rose silk with an Oriental-looking floral pattern in pale yellows and blues.  It has a deep V neck and is softly gathered in a wide band at the bust, falling to knee length. Fully lined in the same fabric, with invisible under arm side zip, and short cuffed sleeves with
