An incredible 1990s vintage evening purse, unlabelled, may be worn as a bag or belt.
Small purse body made of shiny black sequin-effect mesh, with silver clasp and large silver button detail. The belt or shoulder strap is made of linked oversize kilt pins. Elaborate fringe at the bottom, composed of shoelaces, buttons, beaded chains all attached with silver safety pins. A statement piece.
